Brochure – Festivities in Bellreguard

As every year, this village, in the east coast of Spain, celebrates his victory in the 17th century, when King Felipe III threw out the moroccans from Spain. Therefore, they feast the fight between moroccans and christians.
I made an illustration of two tipsy guys, dressed with moroccan’s jellaba, dancing and enjoying the celebration of the festivities coming once a year.

Como todos los años, este pueblo, en la costa este de España, celebra su victoria en el siglo XVII, cuando el rey Felipe III expulsó a los marroquíes de España. Por lo que, festejan la lucha entre los marroquíes y los cristianos. Una fiesta llamada “moros y cristianos”. Hice una ilustración de dos muchachos ebrios, vestidos con chilaba marroquí, bailando y disfrutando la celebración de las festividades que se celebran una vez al año.
